I've been sick with a cold most of the week, so haven't spent much time in the sewing room. I did complete a few things for Blue Hills that I'll photograph later, and here are a couple of aprons I finished for a birthday gift. I'm posting this photo to the
After Christmas Sew Along 2014.

This is the larger size of this apron - the robot one is a birthday gift for a little boy, and the pink floral one (baby wale corduroy remnant from Joanns!) is for his BFF :) |
To go along with the aprons, I ordered a few little extra goodies from Amazon:
Hopefully the recipients will like their little gifties :)
Wow, how do I get on your birthday gift list ?
ReplyDeleteSorry you been sick, come cuddle with Mimsy.
Sorry you're not well my love. Does this mean you only produced 20 items a day instead of your usual 200? The apro s are fab, my brother and his gf love the one you made for Jacob and asked me again to thank you.
ReplyDeleteEverything is so adorable! I'm sure the little recipients will love it all! I bet the cookbook has some great things in it. I bought a kid cookbook for my nephew a couple years ago and I think he really loved it.
ReplyDeleteGeez, the cuteness never ends! I was off checking out the spatulas and such but realized it was the Canadian Amazon. I've got to see if they are connected to the U.S. version enough to use my Prime.
ReplyDeleteHope you feel better soon so you can get back to making even more beautiful things. Blue Hills is so lucky to have you.
ReplyDeleteYou make up such great themed gifts. Perhaps I should just tell you the gift sewing I will be doing and you can come up with a list of the extras to include with each gift.
