It's no wonder I spend so much time in the basement - we had a lot of hot days in June, and the furnace and air conditioner are in my sewing dungeon, so it's way cooler down here than it is upstairs. So much so, in fact, that I frequently have to put on a sweatshirt and socks to be able to spend time in here, haha!
Happy Canada day to my Canadian friends ... and Happy 4th of July to my American buds! It's funny that we're sharing a long weekend to celebrate our countries' birthdays, but they're on opposite ends of the weekend - Friday - Sunday ... and Saturday - Monday :) Stay safe!

I have gotten so I buy all of my zippers from ZipIt on etsy. They are sooo much cheaper, and I think they are a nicer quality zipper, too and easier to work with. That is a lot of finishes, no matter if they were from May or June! Good Job! I wish I had this many finishes!
ReplyDeleteLove your little zipper bags! I have a thing for zippers too and needed a bunch for Christmas gifts. I found them on etsy for a great price and ordered a variety pack. here's the link if you want to check it out... www.etsy.com/listing/153984387/sale-7-inch-ykk-dress-zippers-no-3 they have different sized too. I've been enjoying my time in the cool basement sewing away too! Happy long weekend!
