Would you let us know if you hear back from these fellas? I've been having the same trouble finding fare/schedule information for a Montreal->New York trip, and the Greyhound contact # rings off the hook for about 30seconds then disconnects.
ReplyDeleteRich I gave up on Greyhound - they're not interested in customer service, as far as I'm concerned, so I'm not planning on using their services. It's pretty amazing how little some companies care about their customers !
